Purchased vynil for bathroom along with carpet for lounge and was very impressed with the friendly efficient service. Advice proved helpful to make my choices from several options. The fitting team were excellent, turning up when expected and carrying out the work in a cheery efficient manner.

First trip was to Tapi who told us 3 metre was the narrowest available carpet and to have a look round their shop to see which carpets came in that size! Very glad I looked into Couper Carpets. Allan was very helpful and samples given to take home and see in place. 2m hall carpet then supplied and fitted.
Noticed a flaw in it but again very helpful and carpet was replaced free of charge. 2 more carpets now supplied and fitted. All the staff were polite knowledgeable and friendly. Will not waste time going anywhere else in future.
We chose Couper Carpets to fit our en-suite and main bathroom with new vinyl. We are extremely happy with them both. The shop staff were very friendly even suggesting us to take the sample book home to make sure the colour was right for us.

The team at Couper Carpets are always very helpful and efficient. We have had carpets and vinyl put down in a few rooms and they always suggest affordable and good quality products. They made a huge effort to make sure the colour combination on our stair runner was perfect and it looks great. Thanks specially to James for his help and patience. Just had a new carpet laid in our son's recently vacated bedroom. Great service, loved that we could browse samples in shop and then take home our shortlist to make the final choice. No hard sale or trying to guide us towards the more expensive ranges. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We were running to a timetable as a new bed was being delivered, it wasnt a problem matching our timescale. Guys who came to fit carpet arrived in the agreed timeslot, quick, efficient and even hoovered the carpet once finished. Our new spare room is looking great with the carpet being the finishing touch.
Excellent service from beginning to end....friendly helpful staff when choosing carpet in shop...good advice when measuring and estimating....plus....the best bit....the fitters who came were the best we have ever had...brilliantly efficient and left no mess whatsoever!

We liked the available choices of good quality vinyl flooring for our kitchen, and are very happy with the vinyl we picked. It looks great on the floor.
Customer service was prompt and reliable, they kept in touch with us about the fitting date and time, and were flexible about this when other work on the kitchen was delayed.
The fitters came to us when they said they would, were quick, efficient, and respectful. They made an excellent job. The day after the fitting, our joiner came back to finish a couple of jobs. He has seen many kitchen floors newly-laid, and inspected every inch and edge of the fitters’ work, which he pronounced of top quality.
We are very happy with the entire job and will used Couper Carpets again.
As always excellent experience, nothing is too much trouble moving heavy furniture etc. Great selection to choose from and very good advice on what would be suitable depending on the rooms they are to be fitted in. We had two carpets fitted this week, fitters arrived on time and did a great job, very polite and left everything clean and tidy.

We purchased a beautiful carpet from Couper Carpets in Cupar. We were delighted with the service from picking the carpet to having it delivered and fitted. We will purchase another carpet when the time is right.
