The standard of their service is exceptional. No pushy sales talk, just really helpful advice and guidance. As a result of their help we are having new carpets throughout the house. We will use them for our hallway and kitchen when we need to do that. We are upgrading an old property.
Their fitters are excellent. They arrived on time, did a great job and cleared everything away when finished.
All the staff in the shop are a credit to the company, but Alan deserves a special mention for the way he helped us choose the best options.

Exceptional customer service—very courteous, professional and efficient. Managed to fit me in at a busy time of year without a lot of notice, even coming on a Sunday to meet my timeline. Had two bedrooms carpeted recently and a bathroom fitted with linoleum today and very pleased with the outcome of both jobs. I would not hesitate to recommend this local family business.

I was given some great advice on how to make the best of the space practically and to best visual effect.
The fitters were superb, keeping me informed throughout especially as it was trickier than expected due to what turned out to be differing levels underneath the old coverings.
I am truly delighted and would recommend highly.
Excellent service from the personnel in the shop, to the carpet fitters who were absolutely excellent. Good experience all round with the 4 rooms that were renewed with carpets and vinyl. I will be using Couper carpets again when it's time to renew the bedrooms. 5 stars!
Went into Couper Carpets on the recommendation of my mum. I was looking to replace carpets on my stairs, hall and one bedroom.
They were very helpful in the store, explaining all my different options, prices and what to do. I was even given samples home (the actual large pieces of carpet) so I could get a real feel for colours in my own home and lighting. I was booked in to get my house measured and the quote came quickly once I'd chosen my carpet. When I agreed, carpets were booked in to be fitted the following week. (Total time from shop visit to fitted carpets was 10 days).
The fitter was excellent - he explained what he was doing, how long it would take and was respectful of my home. He did a fantastic job all round.
Also great aftersales from the team in store to make sure I was happy.

Purchased vynil for bathroom along with carpet for lounge and was very impressed with the friendly efficient service. Advice proved helpful to make my choices from several options. The fitting team were excellent, turning up when expected and carrying out the work in a cheery efficient manner.

First trip was to Tapi who told us 3 metre was the narrowest available carpet and to have a look round their shop to see which carpets came in that size! Very glad I looked into Couper Carpets. Allan was very helpful and samples given to take home and see in place. 2m hall carpet then supplied and fitted.
Noticed a flaw in it but again very helpful and carpet was replaced free of charge. 2 more carpets now supplied and fitted. All the staff were polite knowledgeable and friendly. Will not waste time going anywhere else in future.
We chose Couper Carpets to fit our en-suite and main bathroom with new vinyl. We are extremely happy with them both. The shop staff were very friendly even suggesting us to take the sample book home to make sure the colour was right for us.

The team at Couper Carpets are always very helpful and efficient. We have had carpets and vinyl put down in a few rooms and they always suggest affordable and good quality products. They made a huge effort to make sure the colour combination on our stair runner was perfect and it looks great. Thanks specially to James for his help and patience. Just had a new carpet laid in our son's recently vacated bedroom. Great service, loved that we could browse samples in shop and then take home our shortlist to make the final choice. No hard sale or trying to guide us towards the more expensive ranges. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We were running to a timetable as a new bed was being delivered, it wasnt a problem matching our timescale. Guys who came to fit carpet arrived in the agreed timeslot, quick, efficient and even hoovered the carpet once finished. Our new spare room is looking great with the carpet being the finishing touch.
